Newsletters / Product Updates

On occasion we send E-Newsletters and product updates to our customers.  If you wish to opt out of these services, you can do so when you receive your first e-mail thru our constant contact link provider.

Panther Tires Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

We accept all United States and International orders unless one of our carriers is unable to ship to your location.  This will be evident if you cannot check out. Please allow up 48 hours for your product to ship out of our plant excluding weekends.  If you use PayPal to pay for your order, please be aware that your PayPal account must have a confirmed address, and that PayPal’s information regarding payment by check is not applicable for purchases made through panthertires.com. Panther Tires Inc. is not responsible for any policy changes set for by PayPal.

ORDERS, PRE-ORDERS & BACK ORDERS

All orders must be pre-paid and will be captured within 48 hours.  All Pre-Orders or Back Orders will be shipped by the release date indicated on the product page.
